Position Summary

Operate assigned lifts safely while creating a friendly, organized experience for guests loading and unloading.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Complete pre-operation checks, operating procedures, and shutdown tasks.
  • Assist and instruct guests during loading and unloading.
  • Maintain ramps, mazes, signs, chairs, and stations through shoveling, raking, cleaning, and setup.
  • Monitor equipment and passenger flow and report unusual conditions immediately.
  • Use radio communication and follow lift rules and emergency procedures.
  • Provide accurate resort information and a welcoming presence.
  • Work safely and follow resort procedures, department standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders, and support other departments when resort operations require it.
  • Provide friendly, solutions-focused service to guests and coworkers.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and promptly report hazards, equipment concerns, or guest issues.

  • Availability for weekends, holidays, early mornings, and winter conditions.

Work Environment & Schedule

Outdoor work in cold, wind, snow, and variable footing with frequent guest interaction.
