Position Summary
Provide professional mountain safety, emergency care, rescue, and guest support while helping coordinate safe daily operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing checks and maintain assigned patrol coverage.
- Provide emergency care and package and transport injured guests.
- Participate in lift evacuation, search-and-rescue, and training.
- Identify and distinguish between hazards and obstables; and address closures, signage, or reckless behavior with leadership.
- Complete incident reports, maintain equipment readiness, and assist with trail work.
- Work safely and follow resort procedures, department standards, and applicable regulations.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders, and support other departments when resort operations require it.
- Provide friendly, solutions-focused service to guests and coworkers.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and promptly report hazards, equipment concerns, or guest issues.
What You Bring
- Current OEC or approved equivalent, professional-level CPR, and National Ski Patrol membership.
- Strong skiing or snowboarding skills and ability to transport a loaded toboggan after training.
- Ability to operate a snowmobile to transport injured guests and patrol equipment
- Prior patrol or emergency medical experience preferred.
- Calm judgment, radio communication, documentation, and a service-oriented approach.
Work Environment & Schedule
Physically demanding outdoor work including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and emergencies.
