Position Summary

Maintain lodging and resort buildings, utilities, and grounds so they remain safe, functional, and welcoming. Flexible hours.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, fixtures, doors, appliances, and systems within qualification.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, carpentry, painting, patching, grounds work, and unit-readiness repairs.
  • Respond to requests, prioritize urgent issues, and communicate status.
  • Maintain work orders, records, parts usage, tools, and shop areas.
  • Coordinate qualified vendors and escalate licensed-trade work.
  • Support snow and ice control, seasonal setup, and projects.
  • Work safely and follow resort procedures, department standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders, and support other departments when resort operations require it.
  • Provide friendly, solutions-focused service to guests and coworkers.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and promptly report hazards, equipment concerns, or guest issues.

What You Bring

  • Broad building-maintenance experience and practical troubleshooting ability.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and safe tool use.
  • Valid driver license and ability to travel among properties.
  • Professional conduct in occupied units and respect for privacy.
  • Ability to work independently and document work accurately.

Work Environment & Schedule

Indoor and outdoor work with ladders, tools, lifting, weather exposure, and on-call needs.
